Five days after the Dornish settled in, the ships from the Reach arrived as well.

The envoys leading the delegation were Garlan Tyrell, one of Highgarden's heirs, and his sister Margaery Tyrell, whose beauty was famed throughout the Seven Kingdoms.

When Viserys changed into a more formal black-and-red robe and entered the Council Chamber, the Tyrells were already waiting. Garlan Tyrell stood beside the long table. A knight in his prime, he was robust and handsome, with House Tyrell's signature warm smile on his face.

Margaery Tyrell, standing beside him, drew far more attention. "Your Majesty, I am Garlan Tyrell. On behalf of Lord Mace Tyrell of Highgarden, I offer you our sincerest greetings. May the Seven bless you with good health." Garlan's voice rang out clearly. "This is my sister, Margaery Tyrell."

Margaery raised her head, her eyes clear and bright. "It is an honor to meet you, Your Majesty. Grandmother often says that the true dragon will return one day. Only after seeing you did I realize it was all true."

"Lady Olenna is too kind." Viserys took his seat at the head of the table and gestured for them to sit as well. "Thank you for making the long voyage.
