Viserys nodded calmly and added softly, "For those who are definitely coming, we'll meet at the Red Keep's training ground tomorrow. Remember to bring weapons you're comfortable using, and wear clothes you can move freely in. There are plenty of wild boars in the Kingswood, so don't let your guard down."
Arya's eyes immediately lit up. "I just sharpened my Nymeria today," she said excitedly. "Now I'm just waiting for us to set off early tomorrow."
Ygritte instinctively reached down to touch her now perfectly smooth legs, only then remembering that she was already in Viserys's Red Keep and no longer needed to carry weapons at all times.
A smile spread across her face. "No matter how fierce a boar is, it'll go down after an arrow and a blow from my axe. Tomorrow, I'll see whether southern boar meat is chewier than what we have beyond the Wall."
Viserys's eyes crinkled, and his voice held the same amusement. "As it happens, the craftsmen in King's Landing have just made a batch of longbows to send to the Wall. We can take a few into the Kingswood tomorrow and test their quality."
The mention of craftsmen reminded Viserys that there seemed to be another of Robert's bastards in King's Landing, a blacksmith named Gendry or something like that.
However, he was not sure whether the boy was still in King's Landing. And since he had never met this bastard of Robert's before, he could not sense him either.
Besides, the plot had already changed so much that he had no idea whether Melisandre had sent people to take him to Dragonstone, as she had in the original story.
He could ask Varys tomorrow. Judging by the plot, Varys and Petyr should both have known about this bastard's existence.
By now,
