Luo Mang fell asleep with his elbow propped on the table and his forehead resting in his palm, but his hand kept slipping, making him look as though he were nodding.
Hanabi Hyuga had finished tidying up by then. She sighed and shook her head, making her dissatisfaction clear.
She sat down on a stool and sighed again.
"My first impression of you is a complete fail."
"Mm-hmm..."
"Do you always eat out? Why isn't there anything in your fridge?"
"Oh, right!"
"And..."
Just as Hanabi Hyuga was about to say more, Luo Mang answered reflexively again.
"Sure, sure..."
Those words cut her off. She looked up at him and realized that although Luo Mang was sitting there, his mind had probably wandered far away!
"Hmm?"
"You're not paying attention at all. Another point deducted!"
Hanabi Hyuga puffed out her cheeks. How had her sister fallen for someone like this?
They seemed like such a poor match. Had her sister been threatened?
Knock, knock, knock!
Deeply unhappy, she rapped on the table twice in quick succession, making a loud noise.
Creak.
Luo Mang instantly jolted out of his drowsiness and looked ahead.
Seeing that it was Hanabi Hyuga, he relaxed again, closed his eyes, and rubbed his forehead.
"Come on, Hanabi, can you hurry up? I'm really tired."
"This is extremely important, yet you don't care at all. Do you actually care about my sister, or are you just trying to toy with her feelings?" Hanabi Hyuga spoke with a sternness that brooked no argument.
Unable to do anything about her, Luo Mang helplessly patted his face, thought for a moment, and said, "Let me make a few points first."
Hanabi Hyuga looked openly disdainful when she heard that. She didn't believe him; he was obviously going to make excuses.
