He then knocked on Shizune's door. After asking her, Naruto learned that Tsunade had gotten drunk again.

The room reeked of alcohol. Tsunade lay sprawled facedown on the bed without a shred of dignity, fast asleep, with several empty bottles tipped over beside her.

Tsunade mumbled groggily, tilted her head against his shoulder, and kept sleeping.
Then he left the room, repaired the wooden door, and returned to his own room, where he lifted the still-sleeping Uchiha Hikari into his arms.
"Shizune, hold on to Tonton and grab me."
Naruto spoke to Shizune, who had followed him.
Shizune quickly nodded, clutching the little pig tightly with her left arm and placing her right hand on Naruto's arm.
