The boy riding on Big Yellow's back was named Yūji Uzumaki. He possessed a pair of Rinnegan inherited from his father, though they seemed to have undergone some unique mutation.
Those eyes were their greatest asset, allowing them to move through a place like the Pure Land and even escape from the Sage of Six Paths.
At Big Yellow's question, Yūji considered for a moment.
"My ocular power has almost recovered, but my chakra is still far from replenished.
"To escape from the Sage of Six Paths earlier, I used a spatial dōjutsu I hadn't fully mastered yet. It consumed an enormous amount of chakra. I pushed myself way too far."
He made an estimate. "If I could get a large supply of pure natural energy or chakra right now, I'd probably need half an hour of focused preparation before I could safely use my Rinnegan to make another jump through spacetime.
"Without an outside supply, if I just rely on my own recovery... it'll probably take two and a half days."

"For the love of all that's holy, don't experiment on yourself with unstable, dangerous dōjutsu again, especially ones involving time or space.
"Even if you absolutely have to experiment, have your dad there with you. Sure, I've learned senjutsu, and in theory I'll live much longer than an ordinary dog, but I'm already over twenty! My heart and nerves can't take you putting me through this!"
Still complaining, he suddenly lowered his head and smashed his incredibly hard skull straight through a thick "Earth Wall" that abruptly rose from the ground ahead. Fragments flew everywhere, but his stride never faltered.
Listening to Big Yellow, Yūji scratched his head sheepishly.
"Got it,
