I got the timing wrong. I'd thought the featured promotion was tomorrow, so I had dinner with friends this afternoon and drank too much. When I got back, I opened it out of habit—good grief! It was today!
What a scam! I don't have a single chapter saved up right now, and I still have three classes tomorrow...
Uh, don't worry. I'll rush out two chapters before noon tomorrow. Sorry, I didn't get the timing straight. If I'd known it was today, I should've worked overtime yesterday...
Lastly, since I've already made a standalone post, I'll shamelessly ask for a few monthly votes and recommendation votes. A like would do too; a legitimate subscription would be even better. (Am I being too greedy...?)
