Abomination lowered his head and looked at his gray-green hands, each larger than a millstone. Feeling the terrifying power inside him, as though he could tear the Earth apart, he let out an incredibly hoarse laugh. "Power... this is power!"

Abomination whipped his head around, his irrational, dark-yellow eyes locking onto Sterns. He needed no reason at all. The pure urge to destroy had completely taken over his mind.

The back of his enormous hand struck Sterns as though swatting a fly. Sterns flew through the air like a kite with its string cut and slammed into a row of glass cabinets containing blood samples.
The glass shattered. Sharp fragments sliced straight through Sterns's forehead, and blood ran down his cheeks.
Without even giving him another glance, Abomination pushed off hard with both legs. With a deafening boom, he smashed straight through the laboratory's load-bearing wall.
His immense gray-green body leaped into the night sky and landed heavily on Harlem's asphalt streets, instantly crushing a taxi parked by the curb into scrap metal.
