Under their horrified gazes, the flesh in Deadpool's chest multiplied wildly, as though it had a mind of its own. Broken ribs rejoined instantly, and pulverized organs grew back.

In less than five seconds, his blown-off left arm grew straight back with a pop, like a shoot springing up after rain!

Aside from his clothes, which hadn't grown back, he was as good as new!

"Sorry you had to see that. My healing factor's been a little overactive lately. Maybe seeing my little Spider-Man sent my hormones into overdrive."

Deadpool flexed his brand-new left arm and slowly drew the two adamantium swords from his back.

He raised his head, and the white eyes hidden beneath his scorched mask instantly locked onto Green Goblin in midair.

His flippant tone turned ice-cold, carrying a bloodlust that sent shivers down the spine.

"Hey, balding green geezer." Deadpool crossed his swords, scraping them together in front of his chest to send out a shower of dazzling sparks.

"Interrupt someone's reunion, and you get chopped into eight hundred pieces and fed to the dogs."

"With that bright green bodysuit, did you just run over from the Shrek set next door?"

Holding his adamantium swords in both hands, Deadpool twirled them before his chest with an outrageously showy flourish, the blades scraping out a shower of brilliant sparks.

"Or did Marvel blow its entire effects budget on that crappy board under your feet? They couldn't even give you a decent villain filter? Your look's even tackier than DC's Clown next door!"

Green Goblin froze in midair.

The yellow eyes hidden behind his demonic mask stared fixedly at the mangled monster
