"Whoosh!!!"

Like the Grim Reaper's scythe, a searing blue arc swept down from above, slicing the unlucky race car in front of Tony cleanly in half!

Fire seared across his vision. The blast wave hurled scorching metal fragments onto the track behind it like a torrential downpour.

Tony slammed on the brakes. The tires shrieked against the asphalt road, leaving two scorched black streaks.

He raised his head, peering through the thick smoke.

The burly Russian in orange trousers stood in the middle of the track, his upper body bare.
