Gu Luosheng had plenty of energy, so she walked ahead at first.
Ye Nanshen followed close behind.
It felt as though they were the only people on the entire island.
Well, that made sense. The other four were still drifting out at sea.
"Watch out!" Ye Nanshen called out in a low voice. The next second, he pulled her straight into his arms.
Gu Luosheng jumped, then heard a rushing sound by her ear.
"What was that?" Gu Luosheng blurted out.
Ye Nanshen pressed his lips together. "It's fine. A wild animal. It's already gone."

She had turned a perfectly good Desert Island Survival show into a summer camp.
Ye Nanshen looked at her indulgently. "We've been walking for a long time. You would be hungry by now. Let's take a break!"
"Okay!" Gu Luosheng wholeheartedly agreed.
They had just sat down...
When they saw four filthy, bedraggled people approaching.
Gu Luosheng's mouth twitched. "You... stay away!"
"It's me! Zheng Xincheng!" The grimy man at the front patted his chest and announced his identity with great seriousness.
"If you hadn't spoken, I would've barely recognized you." As she spoke, Gu Luosheng still pulled Ye Nanshen a step back in disgust.
"Seriously, did you take a stroll through the mud? How did you end up like this..." Gu Luosheng was speechless.
"It's a long story..." Zheng Xincheng dipped his head and let out a heavy breath, looking completely drained.
Gu Luosheng considered that. "Then don't tell it..."
She wasn't all that interested in hearing it anyway.
Zheng Xincheng: ...
