"Hisssss!"
The sudden light sent the Serpent Monster into a panic, but it also noticed Katie lunging toward it. Its tail shot out and swept forward, whipping toward Katie. At that very moment, however, a gunshot rang out, and a crimson spray of blood burst from its tail.
