Her Majesty the Queen did not seem particularly shocked by the news of Francis's surrender. Perhaps she had already guessed this day would come sooner or later when the Kingdom of Kront bypassed the Invincible Line.
After all, Francis had always boasted that its Invincible Line was unmatched in all of history. It had been the pillar of confidence for the entire nation. Now, however, the Kingdom of Kront had not only bypassed it but even turned it into a deadly weapon against Francis's own army. That was a devastating blow to Francis.
