Even those archaeologists could not explain the city's origins.

"Mithril Valley? You actually found this place. You really were lucky."

As she spoke, the Holy Maiden pointed at the enormous cavern housing the underground city.
"Did you know? Legend has it that this mountain was full of mithril. After the people of Mithril Valley mined it all out, they built this city here."
"But we haven't found any special weapons or equipment here."
Li Wei asked in confusion. According to the Holy Maiden, this place was called Mithril Valley, so shouldn't even the floors have been paved with mithril?
Yet in reality, all that seemed to remain here was stone.
"I find that strange too. I remember it wasn't like this when I visited before."
The Holy Maiden surveyed their surroundings, her eyes full of puzzlement.
"I still remember the towering silver statue at the entrance, the exquisitely carved bronze decorations paving the ground, and carriages pouring in from every direction. Countless merchants came here, hoping only to take home some products from Mithril Valley. The people here were skilled at smelting and mining, and I once exchanged knowledge of smelting and forging with their lord. I never imagined
