Early the next morning, Li Wei made the rare decision to drive out, heading for the apartment on Hazel Tree Street.
Come to think of it, he had not driven the Phantom in a long time. That made sense, though. For the past year or so, he had mostly traveled far and wide aboard the Eye of the Sky, and had stopped taking cases in the city. Driving out now felt rather novel.
When Li Wei arrived on Hazel Tree Street, he predictably attracted a few curious looks. But the moment people recognized the sports car's distinctive shape, they quickly looked away. Clearly, there was only one person in Fog City who owned a car like this and dared to drive it all over town.
The surroundings look pretty decent.

The shopkeeper was wiping a table. Hearing the bell ring, he quickly looked up.
