He surrendered. In the galaxy, only these few could force the lord of mankind to surrender. Even against terrifying beings like the four gods of the Warp, the Emperor had never been afraid.
A miniature black sun appeared above his head, with countless currents of Chaos continuously flowing into it. It was the manifested projection of the Emperor within the Warp.

With that whisper, the Emperor's black sun projection slowly dissipated, and the Chaos energy vanished without a trace.

The gray wolf spoke, but Horus Lupercal's voice emerged from its mouth. The Wolf Lord's once magnetic low voice echoed through the Warp, and countless native Warp creatures fled outward in madness.
