"Heavenly Pivot, transmit the model of Crouching Tiger Hill's ten years of development from your database as well. Activate Heavenly Jade!"
"Yes."
Inside the Magic Cube Maze, Li Chen gave Heavenly Pivot its orders.
This time, he had refined Heavenly Jade as a base-management intelligence, Heavenly Pivot's twin sister.
If Heavenly Pivot was the general-purpose artificial intelligence he had created specifically to manage the base and handle internal affairs, serving as the chief steward of administration, then Heavenly Jade would develop in the field of production and labor, becoming another steward with its own specialty.
The volume of data covering Crouching Tiger Hill's ten years of development, along with the subsequent adjustments and optimizations following Heavenly Pivot's advancement, was extraordinarily vast. Even though Li Chen deliberately halted production so Heavenly Pivot could devote itself entirely to the transfer, it still took over six full hours to transmit everything.
As a swirl of flame-like light rose from the core, Heavenly Pivot's voice rang out. "New member detected. Identified as 'Heavenly Jade.' Requesting base permissions. Grant access?"
Li Chen said, "Grant secondary management permissions."
As the production steward, the new intelligence, Heavenly Jade, did not need to stand on equal footing with Heavenly Pivot. Its future development would also lean more toward mechanical intelligence architecture and improvements to Computational Capacity, rather than intelligence and spiritual awareness.
Thus, secondary management permissions were more than sufficient.
Heavenly Pivot said, "Command confirmed. Welcome online, sister Heavenly Jade."
That last sentence, however, had been triggered by Heavenly Pivot's own simulated emotion system.
It already possessed simple reasoning and learning abilities, allowing it to understand certain things within a limited scope.
Most of Heavenly Jade's intelligence and spiritual awareness had been copied from it, making Heavenly Jade something like an extension of itself-or, perhaps, a twin sister.
