Falando Academy had once arranged for high-level mages to cast this spell on Apprentice Students. The original Roland had experienced a full ten-minute tour of its otherworldly labyrinth prison!
It was a spatial spell that temporarily banished people to another dimension. Within a boundless dimensional space resembling the void, force planes formed walls, creating a landscape like piles of gray building blocks.
These labyrinths, condensed from spell power, varied in size and complexity. They were not permanent structures, but they could effectively trap their targets and play a crucial role in certain situations.

A sudden scream snapped Roland out of his thoughts.
Skord and Yvonne were startled too.
Not far away, a man shrouded in a Blur Spell gulped down a potion, raised his sword, and attacked.
Two ordinary guards beside the prince and princess were killed before they could react, while the serving women nearby screamed.
A royal knight stepped forward and blocked the assassin's blade.
"You? Why? Why did you betray us?"
The prince's guard knight spoke in anguish.
The man offered no answer and focused on his assault.
With magical light enhancing him, his movements became exceptionally nimble. The Blur Spell on him was also doing its work.
Several times, the guard knight's blade drew close and seemed certain to hit, only to slide past.
