Everyone stood solemnly, awaiting the arrival of Roland and his companions.
After days of exhausting travel, Roland arrived in Xinweila World and learned that Farn had been secretly sent here to recuperate.
Red Fort was close to the front lines, and enemy agents were lurking within it. He could no longer remain there, at least for the time being.
The distant rear was likewise watched by people with malicious intentions. It was no safe haven either.
His disciples and old associates could only arrange for him to stay here temporarily.
"This place is reasonably secluded, but I'm afraid the devils won't give up their chances to strike again."
Before entering the villa, Roland deliberately stopped to survey the surroundings.
This place had originally been a mountain estate built by a noble for autumn hunting, so it was naturally secluded.
For now, few people knew Farn was here.

Looking haggard, Farn was sitting in his room. When he saw Roland arrive, he rose to greet him at the door.
Roland looked him over and said with a smile, "You look rather better than I expected."
Farn said dejectedly, "Those people probably didn't dare use too potent a poison, for fear of being discovered.
"But I haven't mastered divination. I've embarrassed you, Teacher."
Roland reassured him, "You haven't been studying Seris magic for long. It's understandable that you failed to notice.
"If you're willing to learn, I can teach you all the essential principles of Oracle Bone Divination."
He comforted him a little more, then told him to rest properly and not overthink things.
"Was that Lord Roland? He really is remarkably magnanimous and generous toward others!"
"He's a master of everything himself. There's no kind of magic he isn't proficient in."
