Halvica had regained consciousness and was watching from beneath a low wall in the distance, sheltered by several companions. The sight drew a heartfelt exclamation from him, too.
Tyrant Shank also realized the crux of the matter. With a savage grin, he flexed his muscles and forcibly squeezed the gold coins embedded in his flesh back out.
"Physical attacks of this caliber can't hurt him at all?"
Roland frowned and fired his Electromagnetic Cannon again.
His opponent remained astonishingly fast, easily dodging most of the attacks as though his earlier injuries had had no effect whatsoever.
"A law-embodied physique?"
Roland gradually recognized this renowned trait.
Ordinary physical strength could not explain it.

The avatar was not an ordinary body of flesh and blood, but a vessel created through a magical ritual for his descent.
