Beyond the starry sky, in a distant, nameless world.
Immense heavenly thunder exploded, and thunder serpents surged and shrieked like raging dragons baring their fangs and claws.
Amid this terrifying spectacle, as though a cataclysm had descended, black clouds churned across the sky and fierce winds howled. The entire vault of heaven split open, as if some mighty force were about to punch through it.
From the unseen depths, a vast and majestic will seemed to cross boundless space and time, bearing down on this place once again.
Above this nameless world, an equally vast and majestic power surged in response.
It was the gentle green radiance suffusing the air above the boundless sea of trees, enveloping the entire planet like translucent jadeite.
This was a woodland world where the Wood Dao flourished. Lush forests and trees stood everywhere, with vines stretching between towering trunks in an interwoven web.
This otherworldly realm differed utterly from the Spirit-Taming World in both the vitality it nurtured and the direction of its Dao Path. Perhaps because its Wood Dao had flourished to an excessive degree, all living creatures other than plants had been excluded, replaced by countless strange trees, flowers, and grasses never seen or even heard of in the Spirit-Taming World.
Yet on this day, vast snowfalls descended without warning twice in succession.
With them came skies full of ice, snow, and raging winds-two forces this nameless world had never encountered before.
