Chapter 335: Hidden weapons?
You Ye was a little stunned.
"Grandpa Mo sure moves fast."
You Yifeng gazed after him for a while without answering his son. Still tipsy, he rubbed his forehead and looked at the mess on the table.
"Clean up and wash the dishes. I'm going to lie down for a bit. It's been ages since I drank, and I can't really handle it."
With that, You Yifeng went upstairs.
You Ye rubbed his stomach helplessly, then began clearing the dishes and table. He had eaten so much he could barely walk.
He put away the unfinished scallions, stacked the bowls and plates in the sink, then swept the bones on the table into the trash.
Before wiping up the bones and scraps, You Ye collected the chopsticks. He and his dad each had a pair, but Old Master Mo had only left one.
Where was the other one? Under the table?
He crouched down and looked, but found no chopstick on the floor.
Perhaps it was because dusk was setting in. You Ye switched on the kitchen light. He had thought he could see perfectly well without it, but once it was on, the difference was like night and day. Clearly, humans still had fairly decent vision once their eyes adjusted to the dark.
He gave up looking for the chopstick. Perhaps someone had kicked it away.
Washing the dishes took ten minutes. Then he wheeled his father's electric scooter inside and prepared to lock up and head upstairs. His dad probably wouldn't be going out to visit anyone tonight anyway.
As he closed the door, his gaze happened to sweep over the area above it.
"Holy shit!!"
