Chapter 52: A visit
Thanks to the progress of her new venture, Cui Ying had begun to have more free time since the previous year.

Most of the other jokers with Bouncy-prefixed zodiac usernames, along with the rest of the group, shared that opinion.
Doctor Manhattan: "They'd already taken the child to lots of well-known hospitals, but none could cure him. His face kept deteriorating along with his mental state until he ended up like this."
Then Doctor Manhattan immediately added another message.
"I'd heard my mother mention this before, but I never imagined it was so serious. By the time I went back this time, though, the child had already been cured."
Doctor Manhattan also briefly described Haohao's symptoms.
Even with some sensitive details left out, it was enough to make their skin crawl.
Now everyone was even more interested.
"Holy shit, that's horrifying!"
"There's actually an illness like that?"
"He was cured? Which hospital? What kind of bizarre illness was it?"
