Chu Mo joined Youzhen’s expedition into Cloudmist Realm, where their plans to open a passage drew the Nine Lords into conflict with outside sects. After escaping into the Eternal Night Sea, Chu Mo gained a fate-numen blessing and returned to find the struggle for Cloudmist escalating.

• Chu Mo refined his ghost formation, used its six palaces to defeat the Ghost Market lords, and refined Forgetting Daoist, Paper Daoist, and Desire Daoist into his Nether Capital’s Ghostfolk.
• Chu Mo helped Youzhen seize Jiang Cheng’s Golden Vaults, but Cen Lingyi intervened, took the Bright Sun Golden Vault, and cured Jiang Cheng’s poisoned household.
• Chu Mo exchanged the Two-Aspect Treasure Mirror for Youzhen’s World Boat and joined Youzhen and Sushang in opening a rift from the Profound Sun Realm into Cloudmist Realm.
• Chu Mo and Youzhen investigated White Cang City’s fate artifacts while Sushang prepared the Guidance Grand Array, then Lord Treasured Radiance confronted the Heaven’s Will Sect and Tribulation Deliverance cultivators over their competing plans for Cloudmist.
• Sushang trapped Chen Ziliang’s group in a False World as Chu Mo lured Su Yu into his ghost formation, defeated him, and took his treasures and Fate.
• Youzhen activated the Guidance Grand Array, drawing the Eight Lords’ attack, and Chu Mo and Youzhen escaped through the Eternal Night Sea before Bai Li stopped them and ordered them out of the Outer Sea.
• A fate-numen blessing raised Chu Mo’s level and changed his Life-bound Magical Treasure, and he returned to Cloudsea Hanging Mountain as fighting spread across Cloudmist.
• Chu Mo tested the Black Gold Bow, then told Bai Du that Ming He had died in the Eternal Night Sea and refused responsibility under their contract when Bai Du demanded repayment and the Myriad Dharma Furnace.

Chu Mo found the Netherworld Soil and uncovered the Taboos dwelling within it, then used an array and the Netherbloom Lantern to destroy the realm and escape with its remains. He merged the Plain Grave into his Profound Banner, gaining the life-bound divine ability Realm Yin-Yang, while the Immortal Garden’s maneuvering continued around him.

• Chu Mo followed Ming He’s karmic trail into the Netherworld Soil, found his remains, and recovered the Myriad Dharma Furnace containing the Heavenly Water Goddess.
• Chu Mo bargained with Jue Ming, giving him a Law in exchange for killing Bai Du, then tethered Jue Ming’s fortune to himself as Jue Ming entered the Cloudmist expedition.
• Jue Ming killed Bai Du, and Chu Mo erased Bai Du’s remnant soul before returning to the Netherworld Soil to investigate its inhabitants and Taboos.
• Chu Mo impersonated Bichen, acquired the Sorrow for Myself Scripture, and met Nine Sorrows, who distributed the Womb-Nurtured Nine Sorrows Fate Chapters and Nether Road Seals.
• Chu Mo used the Netherbloom Lantern and a hidden array to erase most of the Netherworld Soil, provoking the Taboos, then escaped with the realm’s tiny true form in his Small Cauldron.
• Chu Mo entered Xi Sang’s First Ghost Market, discovered it was the Nether Road, and collected its yellow soil with the Small Cauldron.

Chu Mo helped the Tribulation Deliverance Sect seize influence in the expanding Turbid Abyss Sea, suppressing Water Eyes and gathering fortune before joining Si Yun to stop Jiqing from capturing Lady Red Phoenix. The confrontation at Fated Union Mountain ended with Si Yun revealing power that made Ye Wutang question his identity.

• Chu Mo learned to use Yin-Yang Divide and Treading Yin to Turn Yang, then joined Xi Hong, Si Yun, and Li Xing on a mission to establish a branch abode in the Turbid Abyss Sea.
• Xi Hong took Spirit Rhinoceros Island as the sect’s base, and Chu Mo and Si Yun investigated the New Domain, where Chu Mo clashed with Chen Ziliang and later challenged Yuchen.
• Chu Mo helped Li Xing eliminate Profound Water Grotto, captured its leaders’ souls, and learned that the sects would fight over the Panbo Water Mansion.
• At the Water Mansion, the Abyssal Wave Flood Dragon Lord used the gathered cultivators as bait, but True Lord Zhiyun reversed the Water Eye’s flow and expanded the Turbid Abyss Sea into the Outer Sea.
• Chu Mo captured Bai Li and suppressed Water Eyes, gathering fortune and advancing to level 33 while Si Yun told him that Jiqing planned to seize Lady Red Phoenix in the Red Silk Realm.
• Chu Mo created the Nether-Suppressing Life-Nurturing Mystic Seal, then joined Si Yun at Fated Union Mountain and captured Sushang to learn about Jiqing’s plan.
• Chu Mo secretly disrupted some of Jiqing’s preparations, but seven couples’ wedding ceremony still summoned Lady Red Phoenix and brought Jiqing and Ye Wutang into the confrontation.
• Si Yun disrupted the Seven-Union Grand Array and later unleashed a powerful palm against Jiqing, Qinghe, Ye Wutang, and Lady Red Phoenix, prompting Ye Wutang to question Si Yun’s identity.

Chu Mo stole the Ink Seal, escaped Xi Sang, and refined Death Sentence to reach late Golden Core. As dragonkind attacked the Azure Depths School, Chu Mo pursued a separate lead involving Daoist Mu’s taboo incense burner and brought Mu’s soul before him.

• Xuan Cheng revealed that the battlefield was his dreamscape, and Chu Mo killed Jiqing and Ye Wutang before Si Yun awoke with his memories erased.
• Chu Mo joined the Sea-Calming Ceremony at Azure Depths, then stayed in the Turbid Abyss with Xi Hong and Li Xing to oversee affairs.
• Chu Mo helped Xi Hong lure Black Abyss into a trap, captured him in the Netherworld Soil, and completed the Myriad Lives Profound Unity Furnace.
• Disguised as Li Dalang, Chu Mo learned about Xi Sang’s Ink Seal and stole it while Xi Sang and six Taboo beings fought over the Nether Road.
• Chu Mo escaped the pursuing Taboos through the World Sea, found the ruins of the Underworld Bureaucracy, and returned to Fuli with its cultivation legacy.
