The Fuli forces invaded the Brightlight Blessed Land while Great Dao Venerable Qingxiao and the Radiant Splendor Venerables clashed with the Sun and Moon Venerables. Chu Mo led the assault and faced Golden Rosy Glow Brightlight Dao Venerable, who tried to capture him.

• Great Dao Venerable Qingxiao caught the falling Great Sun in his cauldron, and the Sun and Moon Venerables confronted him as the battle spread across the Great Void.
• Fuli cultivators poured through a rift into the Brightlight Blessed Land, bypassing its Grand Array and alarming its defenders.
• Brightlight, Azure Yang, Crimson Sun, and Pure Origin recognized the invaders as Fuli forces and prepared to resist.
• Chu Mo arrived with Heavenly Pivot, Dan Jing, Execution Tribulation, and other allies, then sent the Heaven's Will cultivators to intercept reinforcements.

Outside the blessed land, Thunder Profound overwhelmed Li Changqing until a voice transmission prompted Li Changqing to retreat.

• Baoyun offered the four Dao Venerables Life-Saving Coins, while Chu Mo threatened to refine their Innate Dharma Bodies if they refused.
• Crimson Cherry used her influence over desire to strengthen the four Dao Venerables’ wish to survive, and all four accepted the Dharma Coins.

• Yu Ya condemned Brightlight’s surrender, while Li Yuanqing warned that Fuli might target Emerald-Mist Hidden Valley next.
• Jade Frost proposed secretly contacting Dragonkind for help, and Li Yuanqing agreed despite his doubts.
• A disciple reported that Li Daoyuan had returned, but Li Yuanqing ordered him taken to the Dao-Locking Cavern to test whether he was genuine.

After Canghan agreed to consider her proposal, Yushuang offered to help Herd Mountain find an innate treasure, but a familiar female voice claimed to have a better way to reach the innate Dharma body realm.

• Chu Mo, posing as Herd Mountain, assured Yushuang that Li Daoyuan was confined in the Dao-Locking Cavern and accepted her order to gather disciples for a secret formation.
• Herd Mountain brought twelve Pure Yang disciples and thirty-six Primordial Spirit cultivators to help Yushuang establish the formation.
