The professors at the back could clearly sense the heightened activity of the students' mental power—every single one of them. As Supernatural Beings who were relatively familiar with these students, they all understood that this was an astonishing transformation. As long as the students could maintain this state, they had already begun shaping a true formative world.
The musician had been away recently and had no time to learn what had led up to this, but at that moment, he could sense the students' mental state. It was like a piece of music.
"What a beautiful melody! Truly worthy of the Black Castle's best-loved professor. When I have time, I must ask Professor Jonester to share his experience."
The musician said this with a smile.
Beside him, Menggeli curled his lip. How much could a music teacher possibly accomplish? No matter how carefully he chose, finding even a handful of people with genuine talent for Supernatural music would be impressive enough. After all, it was an obscure path even among obscure paths.
Menggeli felt that the subjects he taught were different: potions involving basic alchemy, along with research into witchcraft runes and ritual arrays. Students were much more likely to possess such talents, or to deliberately cultivate them.
Even some of the other professors, Sebastina included, were looking at the students very differently than before.
Mulan took all of this in and understood exactly what they were thinking. To put it bluntly, only now had these Supernatural Beings of the Black Castle finally begun treating the students as "people."
Clap, clap, clap.
Mulan clapped a few times, finally quieting the prolonged uproar in the First Hall. Yet although the noise subsided, the excitement burned even hotter. This was no illusion: the temperature inside the First Hall had risen several degrees.
