"Ugh."

The next morning, the female pirate woke in bed, still groggy and suffering from a pounding headache. Rubbing her forehead, she instinctively looked beside her, but the person she expected was nowhere to be seen. She could also feel clothes against her skin.

She felt over her body. Her last memory was of pulling open her shirt and throwing her arms around Vincent.

Her foot swung out and kicked an empty wine bottle beside the bed. She instinctively glanced to the side. There were at least a dozen empty bottles there. Then she suddenly spotted Vincent, asleep with his head on the table. More empty bottles littered both the tabletop and the floor beneath it.

Rubbing her head and sweeping her hair aside, she pushed herself upright. Her heavy breasts swung downward, pulling her tied shirt even farther open.

This was a vicious hangover, but she should not have felt like this. She knew how strong her constitution was. Normally, she could hold her own against hard-drinking male pirates, and she had never gotten drunk.

Mulan opened his eyes just then and immediately seized the initiative.

"You're awake? You really can drink. You emptied every bottle I had here, then lay down and went straight to sleep."
