Ying Zheng, the King of Qin, stood outside the palace doors in black dragon robes and a crown with twelve strands of beads. As he watched the strange spectacle in the sky, a chill crept into his heart. Beside him waited Gai Nie, the greatest swordsman in Qin.
Ying Zheng had received word as soon as Ye Uchiha entered Xianyang. He had assumed that Ye would slip into the Chancellor's residence to assassinate Lü Buwei. Now, however, it seemed that Ye had no intention of concealing himself at all. He had simply gone to kill Lü Buwei openly.
Ying Zheng was only half convinced by Ye Uchiha's claim that he came from another world. After all, the Mystic Arts he wielded reminded Ying Zheng of the Ancient Qi Cultivators. Legend held that those cultivators possessed astonishing powers, but for some unknown reason, they had vanished from history, and the transmission of their Qi Cultivation Method had ended.
The royal family of Qin descended from E Lai, a trusted minister of Zishou, the last king of Yin Shang. According to the secret royal histories passed down through the generations:

Yet later, for reasons unknown, "Heaven," which had always loomed over humanity, and the gods under its command had mysteriously disappeared. Even the qi cultivators had abruptly withdrawn from the stage of history, as
