That was why Ye Uchiha entrusted him with collecting the Dragon Balls, solemnly reminding him before his departure not to draw attention and to conduct everything in secret.
And so, with no idea how dangerous the Dragon Ball World really was, the unsuspecting Black Zetsu was sent there by Ye Uchiha.
