Behind his black-framed glasses, his deep-set eyes quickly scanned the papers in his hands. A faint crease formed between his brows, as though he were weighing something carefully.
Sitting across from him, Ye Uchiha smiled and said, "Professor Zhuge Liang, I really do feel much better leaving these matters to you."
Waver Velvet had inherited the name El-Melloi and become the Lord of the Department of Modern Magecraft, one of the Clock Tower's twelve departments. His students had voted him the Clock Tower's most popular lecturer. He had personally participated in the Fourth Holy Grail War in Fuyuki City as the Master of Rider, Iskandar.
After his mentor, Kayneth El-Melloi Archibald, died during the Holy Grail War, Waver believed his own mistakes and failings had brought about that outcome. During a Holy Grail War with unusual circumstances behind it, Waver Velvet, also known as Lord El-Melloi II, had used certain means to summon Caster, Zhuge Liang, allowing him to possess his body. Strictly speaking, this Servant was neither Lord El-Melloi II nor Zhuge Liang, but a Pseudo-Servant born from the combination of their powers. Since their goals and interests aligned, the two had discussed the matter and agreed to let Lord El-Melloi II take control.
