Indra returned to the Uchiha Clan Compound and took control of Madara’s training, then built a base in the Land of Lightning by seizing a Senju mine and drawing several clans into battle. The arc left Madara with an awakened Sharingan, Kaguya Arisa rescued from captivity, and Indra’s forces suppressing news of the daimyo’s anger over the unauthorized wars.

• Indra accepted Tajima’s offer to return to the Uchiha Clan Compound, but rejected his father and declared himself Indra rather than Uchiha Natsu.
• Indra displayed his strength to Madara and the Uchiha elders, then began teaching Madara and Izuna while demanding intelligence about the Senju.
• Indra and Madara captured Senju shinobi, seized a gold mine in the Land of Lightning, and took Uchiha sent to spy on Indra as his subordinates.
• Indra rescued Xing, Yue, and Liuhuo from a battle with Senju, Sarutobi, and Shimura ninja, and Madara awakened his Sharingan during the fighting.
• Indra arranged for the Ino-Shika-Cho Clans to drive the Senju from the Land of Lightning, then plunged the groups into a battle in which he killed Senju and Uchiha alike.
• Indra carried the exhausted Madara to shelter, while Naoto handled the surrendered Ino-Shika-Cho shinobi and Tajima arranged for Chiri to stay near Indra.
• Indra rescued Kaguya Arisa from a concealed basement and healed her, then drugged Madara after Madara caught him sneaking her out.
• Liuhuo learned that the daimyo opposed the clans’ unauthorized wars, but Naoto intercepted his attempt to send the news and broke his leg.

Indra trained the Uchiha while Madara and Hashirama formed an uneasy friendship at the Naka River, leading both clans into a clash. The arc ended with Tobirama gravely wounded after Indra’s attempt to kill him was interrupted by Butsuma, Tajima, and Hashirama.

• Indra returned to the Uchiha Compound with Madara and Hachishaku, then learned that the Senju Clan’s Young Master had gone missing.
• Indra challenged the Uchiha elders, defeated them in the Meeting Hall, and ordered them to study the clan records and return to the battlefield.
• Madara met Hashirama at the Naka River, and their friendship grew through sparring and conversations about peace, despite Madara repeatedly misreading Hashirama’s intentions.
• Madara and Hashirama arranged a meeting between their sisters, but Indra and Tobirama were brought to the river in disguise instead.
• Indra, Madara, Hashirama, and Tobirama spent time together in town before Senju ninja surrounded Indra and Madara near a grain shop.
• Indra and Madara fought the Senju ninja, with Hashirama and Tobirama joining the battle and Izuna arriving to support Madara.
• Indra charged Tobirama, but Butsuma, Tajima, and Hashirama deflected his blade, leaving Tobirama gravely wounded.
