Jiraiya was puzzled. What could he need my help with?
"I have a friend named Naruto!"
"I'd like you to take him under your wing and train him!"
At the mention of Naruto's name, Jiraiya's pupils visibly contracted.
Naruto was the son of the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, and Minato had been his student.
That effectively made Naruto his grandstudent.
He had returned to the village this time precisely because of Naruto.
"So, what do you think of Naruto?"

"Bright, driven, optimistic!"
"Most importantly, he never gives up!"

"For a while, I might be away from the village on missions."
"I won't be able to train with him!"

"Tsunade or Kakashi!"
"If Tsunade is willing, she'd be the best choice!"
"She's not only the First's granddaughter, but also one of the renowned Sannin."
"And she's no weaker than I am."
