  • Ye Liang hid in a side room and tried to circle toward the rear, but black beetles detected him, and he discovered the Tenseigan could not work inside the palace.

Ch. 262Black Bone and the Strange Corpse

Ye Liang fled a swarm of Sacred Scarabs into a side hall, where he overheard its guardians, Black Bone and the White-Skinned Corpse, discuss the Creator God and the Child of the Plane. • Izanami Yamato punched Black Bone, who caught the blow and exchanged rapid punches with him.

Ch. 263Foot-Skin-Cutting Squad

  • The exiles believed rumors that the fruit remained in Izanami Yamato's stomach and decided to cut him open to retrieve it.
  • The little fatty slashed Izanami Yamato's foot, cutting off a patch of skin, and rallied the exiles into the Foot-Skin-Cutting Squad.
  • The exiles repeatedly disrupted Izanami Yamato's attacks while Black Bone and Star Corpse fought him, and Izanami Yamato prepared to flee.

Ch. 264Dealing with Izanami Yamato

Ye Liang helped the Black Skeleton and White-Skinned Corpse defeat Izanami Yamato and learned why he had stolen a Main God's Divinity Core. The Black Skeleton sent Ye Liang and the exiles out of the palace but not back to his world, and later revealed that Ye Liang was the Child of the Plane and had received the divine lord's Divinity Core.

  • Ye Liang coordinated with the Black Skeleton and stabbed Izanami Yamato's Divinity Core while the Black Skeleton took a blow meant for him.
  • The Black Skeleton explained that Izanami Yamato had stolen a Main God's Divinity Core to reach level one hundred, then shrank him and kept him as a tomb guard.
  • Ye Liang asked the Black Skeleton to send him back to his original world, but he and the exiles appeared outside the palace in the other world.
  • Ye Liang woke the exiles, told them he had only just woken up too, and continued searching the ruins with Fujiwara Shinichi, who invited him to become a Guest Elder of the Fujiwara Clan.

  • Daben began explaining why other Third Civilizations did not stop Otsutsuki Planet, saying it targeted weak planets.

Ch. 269Conflict

Ye Liang entered the sealed Sunny Day Tourism building, following Officer Daben’s directions in search of a way to reach Myriad Races Planet and rescue his wife. • Ye Liang disguised himself as a cat-eared human and joined the Beastmen, who split into groups to cause trouble and attack the wedding procession.
  • Ye Liang followed Pige’s group to an ambush in a bamboo forest near the suspension bridge leading to Otsutsuki Main City.

  • Ye Liang blocked Amaterasu from using the void, then used Amenominaka to pull the veiled bride behind her toward him.
  • The bride attacked Ye Liang with Truth-Seeking Orbs and Shinra Tensei, allowing Amaterasu to strike him repeatedly with a giant handprint and shatter his body.
  • The bride’s veil fell away, revealing that she was not Kaguya, and Amaterasu told Ye Liang that Kaguya had been sent to the Third Civilization for a marriage alliance.
  • Ye Liang died from his injuries after learning Kaguya’s whereabouts, and Amaterasu ordered the Branch Family to dispose of his body.
  • The Branch Family chopped Ye Liang into pieces and scattered or buried them, but the Pig-headed Man squad dug some pieces up and entered the river to search for more.

  • Pige told Ye Liang that Silver had leaked false information to the Beastmen, and led him through the Junkyard to the hidden wooden houses.
  • Ye Liang confronted an Otsutsuki Branch Family clansman who had attacked Silver and severely wounded him.
  • Silver confessed that he had leaked secrets to protect his child, but the Otsutsuki had already killed her.
  • Ye Liang healed Silver, and Pige welcomed the chance to follow Ye Liang while Silver hesitated.
  • Pige knelt before Ye Liang and pledged his loyalty, and Ye Liang gave him golden Chakra that increased his body strength to 25 points.

Ch. 277Building a Force

Days later, Ye Liang confronted Otsutsuki Nishiki when he tried to strike Jishiki, and the chapter ended with Nishiki demanding to know whether Ye Liang knew who he was.

  • The Pig-headed Man told Ye Liang that an Otsutsuki clansman had returned, and the clansman asked Ye Liang for a way to become stronger before Lord Amaterasu's birthday competition.
  • Ye Liang rejected the clansman's offered techniques and said he wanted better living conditions, so the clansman offered him a villa outside the main city.
  • Ye Liang taught the clansman a few techniques and explained to Pige that the villa offer was a shrewd attempt to keep him away from the Otsutsuki main city.
  • Several days later, Ye Liang trained with Otsutsuki Jishiki outside the city when Otsutsuki Nishiki arrived and berated Jishiki for missing the hunting day.
  • Ye Liang introduced himself as Otsutsuki Jishiki's cousin, Otsutsuki Hualai-shiki, caught Nishiki's attempted slaps, and mocked his strength.

  • The elder told Ye Liang about the Youth Hunt and asked him to participate because Nishiki was a contestant; Ye Liang agreed.

Ch. 280Interstellar Travel

Ye Liang traveled under Otsutsuki Nishiki’s identity to Arid Planet for the Otsutsuki hunt, where a Human-Faced Fire Wave attacked their shuttle. After landing, he listened as the group leader explained their mission to hunt three Arid Beasts each, then called the man over before he left.

  • Ye Liang boarded the shuttle with Otsutsuki Jishiki and avoided speaking with the Main Family members so he would not expose his disguise.
  • A Human-Faced Fire Wave attacked the shuttle, and a middle-aged hunter punched a hole in the hull before pulling Ye Liang back from being sucked out and sealing the breach.
  • The shuttle landed on Arid Planet, where the middle-aged man announced that Lord Amaterasu required each hunter to kill at least three Arid Beasts or remain there forever.
  • Several Otsutsuki youths protested the order, but the middle-aged man silenced them with his fourth-stage aura.
  • Ye Liang approached the middle-aged man and called him back as the group started heading out.
