The moment Arthur saw him, that premonition arose in his heart. Still, he kept a polite distance as he asked.
"Hello, may I ask who you are?"
It was the most natural response anyone could have when faced with a stranger.
And with the support of Lv5 [Bluff], Arthur, who had anticipated this, sounded utterly natural.
Only then did the enthusiastic stranger seem to realize his mistake. He gave a slightly apologetic smile before introducing himself.

"I'm Harris. Perhaps you've heard my name."
Harris, one of the founders of the Rat Council, had been the first of the three founders to pledge allegiance to the Count of South Los. But Arthur suspected he had been a pawn the Countess planted in the Rat Council from the start.
Arthur had not expected him to be the one pursuing Isidore, however.
Was it because their long association had made him familiar with Isidore's patterns of behavior?
Or did he have some secret means of tracking Isidore's movements?
Arthur guessed it was the latter.
But Isidore was strong enough to make Harris wary, so this secret method had to have considerable limitations. At the very least... it could not pinpoint his location.

Otherwise, Harris could not possibly have been so polite at this moment.
At that thought, surprise appeared naturally on Arthur's face.
It vanished in an instant, and Arthur nodded.
"I have."
"I'm honored that you've heard my name. That should make our conversation much easier-of course, please finish your business first. Mr. Tate has been waiting quite some time."
Speaking with considerable courtesy, Harris walked over to the small round table and chairs without waiting for an invitation. He sat down and watched Arthur.
