A cold and back pain-taking a day off

I woke up today with a stuffy nose, and my lower back was hurting like crazy.

It had been hurting for the past few days too. A pain-relief patch helped a little, but today even that didn't work. I'm really getting old, with work-related aches and pains all over. Sigh.

I'm so ashamed.

Fat Dragon needs to take another day off.
