Arthur learned that the South Los Medium was Icarus, one of the Twenty-Seven Heroes, and saw an opportunity in the revelation. After the monster was destroyed, Arthur arranged for Burton and Tammy to die, leaving the surviving young nobles in shock as Windsor recognized her chance.
