Bennett's voice drew quite a few people's attention, Dile's included. Dile had always been curious about the two teammates he had picked up. Whether it was Yuri or Bennett, he had the same vague feeling about them.
Both men were mysterious, and both were strong. That was the sixth sense Dile had developed over so many missions, and it was precisely that sixth sense that had brought him safely through countless crises.
He got up and headed to the stands. A petite, cute girl chased after him, saying,
"Hey, hey, hey! Your injuries aren't completely healed yet! You..."
Dile looked back, cutting her off, and said earnestly,
"Please! Could you keep treating me while I watch?"
The girl instantly swooned, two blushes blooming on her cheeks.
"Th-then... all right..."
Dile smiled faintly.
"Thank you." (・ω・)ノ
On the training ground, Bennett looked at Cheng Yu and smiled.
"Ready?"
Cheng Yu shrugged.
"If I said no, would you stop?"
Bennett smiled faintly, then suddenly closed in, stepping forward with a swinging punch.
Cheng Yu had been waiting for him and naturally hadn't let his guard down. He circled and slipped to the side, dodging Bennett's punch. After all, Bennett was astonishingly strong, so avoiding a head-on clash was best.
Before Bennett could recover from the swing, Cheng Yu reached straight for his shoulder with one hand, preparing to seize his elbow with the other. This was a traditional grappling technique. Once the hold was secured, following up with a rising knee would deal a ton of damage in an instant.
Yet just as Cheng Yu was about to complete the joint lock and restrain him, Bennett twisted at the waist and hammered a fist toward Cheng Yu's neck.
The choice was obvious. Cheng Yu had no option but to abandon the hold.
