Seeing Quincy turn his gaze toward him, Fabian spoke solemnly.
"I'll give you half the forces at my disposal. I want you to wipe out Shatla's main force within three months."
Quincy frowned slightly.
"Even if you give me half your forces, I can't wipe out Shatla's main force within three months. That's too little time."
Fabian continued.
"What if you had twelve Spellbreakers?"
Quincy looked at Fabian.
"What do you mean?"
Fabian continued.
"Before this war began, I bought some weapons from Vax on behalf of the alliance."

Quincy nodded, then asked Fabian,

Fabian said quietly,
"Those are the Commander-in-Chief's orders. I'm merely passing them on."
Quincy frowned.
"What exactly is the Commander-in-Chief trying to do? Isn't his disappearance the reason we're in this situation?"
Fabian did not answer Quincy's question directly. Instead, he said,
"The Commander-in-Chief will return soon. When he does, our Balchik will be reborn!"
At that, Quincy said nothing more, as though he had realized something.
Fabian then began issuing a variety of orders in an orderly fashion.
