Bennett glanced at Dile and the others, who stood motionless, then turned toward the Starry Sky Hunter King in the spectator stands, whose aura was as fathomless as an abyss or an ocean. Bennett spoke softly.
"You truly deserve your reputation as the strongest Limit-Breaker, Lord Hunter King."
Shen Qing also understood the consequences of pushing a Limit-Breaker too far. He spoke softly.
"Your Excellency, Commander-in-Chief, you should know perfectly well why we came. You need only promise me that you won't disrupt the Star Sea's current order, and I believe we can still talk this through."
After hearing Shen Qing's words, Bennett burst into laughter.
"Hahahahaha! How ridiculous! Reforming my own faction counts as disrupting the Star Sea's current order? Why don't you persuade the other factions to reform too, Lord Hunter King, instead of coming here to persuade me not to? Isn't that a little ironic?"
Shen Qing's expression remained unchanged.
"Then, Your Excellency, you refuse to stop?"
Bennett spread his hands.
"I believe your intelligence is somewhat outdated, Lord Hunter King. Balchik's reforms are already nearing completion."
Shen Qing looked at Vax Corporation's Limit-Breaker, Andrea.
Andrea shrugged.
"I don't know. Perhaps the chairman does. I'm only a security guard, after all."
Shen Qing cursed inwardly.

Then Shen Qing turned toward Bennett.

Ripples appeared in the space between Bennett and Shen Qing.
This was a clash between the domains of two Legendaries.
The Limit-Breakers of the Star Sea were, in other words, Legendaries.
As mentioned before, what made someone a Legendary? They spread the power of rules throughout their bodies and became Rule Beings. And what were Rule Beings? They controlled everything that constituted the world's fundamental logic: water, fire, light, darkness, time, space, and so forth.
