That night, Enju and Rentaro headed home after having the time of their lives.
"Rentaro, are you in a bad mood?" Enju could not help asking when she saw how quiet he was.
"No, I was just thinking about the mysterious guy who killed those special police officers this morning, and Captain Aiki and his people." Rentaro carried a shopping bag as he answered worriedly.
"What mysterious guy? And what happened with Aiki and the others?" Enju looked at Rentaro curiously.
"You came too late to see him. He was wearing a mask, and he was strong! I suspect he was a cyborg. And Captain Aiki's attitude toward letting that government intelligence agent die..." Rentaro explained dejectedly.
"Hmph! No matter how strong they are, Rentaro and I will beat them together. As for Aiki and the others, Irene told me that a big crowd surrounded the Manor this morning and tried to drive them out. Aiki chased those bad people away!"
"What did you say?" Rentaro turned sharply toward Enju.
"I said that no matter how strong our enemies are, Rentaro and I can drive them off together." Enju waved her fists earnestly.
