Seitenshi had been furrowing her delicate brows, wondering how to resolve the Tokyo citizens' protests, when a panicked voice suddenly interrupted her.
"What is it now?" Seitenshi gently rubbed the space between her brows and spoke slowly.
"A massive riot broke out in District 51. Countless Tokyo citizens died in the stampede, and everything outside is in complete chaos now," the guard reported, his gaze wavering.
"What?!" Seitenshi hurried to her feet and stared wide-eyed at the guard in the doorway.
"Those who lost their relatives don't dare go to District 51 now. They've all come to City Hall to protest," the guard continued.
"Why?" Seitenshi composed herself and asked in bewilderment.
"According to the people who came back, they saw scenes of the apocalypse in District 51. That place is full of strange things," the guard said uncertainly.
"Let's go! Bring the guards. We're going there immediately," Seitenshi ordered gravely.
"That might not be wise, Lady Seitenshi! It's so dangerous there. Why not send people from the Security Bureau to take a look?" The guard looked somewhat troubled.
