"Second and Third Legions, maintain order in the village. First Legion, come with me to the Hokage Building."
"Damn it, why does the First Legion get the most important assignment?" The Golden Legion's commander grumbled as he ordered his members to begin policing the village.
"Haha, Jia'er, once yours becomes the strongest legion in the military district, you can give orders that confidently too," the Lifeng Legion's commander teased with a laugh.
"Hmph! Our legion only has ten fewer tier-40 Holy Light Clerics than the First Legion. One day, I'll surpass that brute leading them!" Jia'er said resentfully.
"Haha, you two commanders are the best in the district at bickering. I can't tell whether you get along or not." The Lifeng Legion's commander shook his head helplessly.
Only the top ten legions in each military district were given names, so there was competition among the Holy Light Clerics Legions. But that competition was fair and open, and those who lost accepted their defeat.
The First Legion's Holy Light Clerics ran with their heads high and chests out along the road their fellow clerics had cleared. The clerics lining the route watched them with envy.
In the Hokage Building, Minato gazed out the window expectantly. "I wonder when they'll arrive!" Since Kushina had been taken away, he had grown increasingly disappointed in Konoha's leadership. Every waking moment, he had longed for the day justice would arrive.
Suddenly, a flurry of panicked voices interrupted his thoughts.
"Who are you?" The gathered ANBU warily eyed the Holy Light Clerics who had suddenly appeared at the Hokage Building.
"These are the Fourth Hokage's written orders, commanding us to take over the Hokage Building's defenses. You can stand down. We're taking over!" the War Bear Legion's commander declared in a loud, forceful voice.
An ANBU
