In Freya's mind, anyone who could be Admiral Daytime Tiger's rival had to be a powerful, dangerous figure too.
Although she had no idea how terrifying River's strength had been twenty years ago, she had seen his one-against-three battle outside the Headquarters Building clearly.

Freya murmured the strange name, confusion crossing her face.

Another old rival from a bygone era. Their last encounter had been brief, and he regretted not having the chance to fight him.
But this time, he had come as a Marine captain. A battle between them would certainly be something Marine Headquarters was happy to see.

After looking around without finding his target, River turned toward the counter in disappointment.
"I'm looking for someone."
His eyes narrowed as he fixed his gaze on the woman before him.
"Looking for someone? I'm afraid you'll be disappointed. As you can see, there's nobody here but me."
"Not even a single customer."
