The waves churned and crashed into the distance, spreading farther in the blink of an eye. Dark clouds gathered overhead, streaks of lightning crisscrossing amid thunderous roars.

Everyone trembled in fear, awestruck by the two men fighting on the island.

The gale howled across the sky, whipping the island's flowers, grass, and trees from side to side and sweeping dust off the ground.

Thunder boomed, making the entire island flicker between light and darkness.
Then, as a brilliant bolt of lightning struck the roof of a building, rain suddenly came pouring down.
The rain clattered like pearls falling onto a platter. A storm unlike any seen before descended on the Sabaody Archipelago and the surrounding sea.
It was as though even the heavens were weeping in fear.

"River and Dark King Rayleigh are fighting in the Sabaody Archipelago?"
Sengoku's expression changed sharply at the news, and a fine sheen of sweat immediately broke out on his forehead.
"Yes, Fleet Admiral. The fighting is extremely intense!"
"The battle has even changed the weather. The entire island is shrouded in their terrifying presence."
"Under Admiral Kizaru's orders, the Marines are rapidly evacuating the civilians and nobles from the area where they're fighting."
"Also, the Revolutionary Army's leader, Dragon, is suspected to have appeared in the Sabaody Archipelago. He's keeping Admiral Kizaru occupied!"
The Marine delivering the report looked utterly grave.
Both the battle between Admiral Daytime Tiger and Dark King Rayleigh and Dragon's sudden appearance were major incidents.
