With no other choice, Sneaky Boss raised his shield to block the Black-Armored Warrior's longsword. He blocked the first strike, then the second.

Sneaky Boss breathed a sigh of relief, thinking he could hold off the attacks and gradually adapt. Then a tremendous force surged through his hand, as though a fully loaded truck had slammed into his shield.

In an instant, Sneaky Boss flew backward like a cannonball and crashed into the wall of the Gladiatorial Arena behind him. A huge section of the wall collapsed, burying him beneath it.

The Black-Armored Warrior withdrew his longsword and planted it in the ground before him, resuming his original stance as he watched the distant rubble.

Lying beneath the rubble, Sneaky Boss's thoughts raced. He more or less understood that he existed here as a soul consciousness, and so did Khorne's avatar.

Though they were both soul consciousnesses, the difference in their sheer magnitude was immense. Even setting that aside, Sneaky Boss could not match his combat skills. There was absolutely no chance of winning...

What was the point of such a one-sided fight? Sneaky Boss felt that Khorne's avatar could probably kill him with a single strike if he wanted to. He could not even follow the flash of his sword.

Why? Why hadn't Khorne's avatar done that? Could it have something to do with Gork and Mork in the sky?

Slick climbed out of the rubble and looked up. The entire sky had turned green, and two Orks stared unblinkingly at the Gladiatorial Arena. The manifestations of Gork and Mork were perfectly clear. They were witnesses, but also a deterrent.
