Beneath the biting cold winds stood a mass of Kommandos armed to the teeth.
They had built a War Fortress around the Webway gate to repel any attacks that "might" come. Anything the Sneaky Boss valued had to be protected without fail.
When the Sneaky emerged from the Warp and entered synchronous orbit above the frozen planet, the Sneaky Boss frowned. The collective Waaagh! field he connected to had rejected him, refusing to provide coordinates for teleporting down?
"Rambo! What's wrong with your Boyz? Are they trying to rebel?" the Sneaky Boss demanded over Psychic Communication.
"Reporting, sir! They ain't trying to rebel. You just need a password to enter the core area. Let me escort you in." Rambo's formal answer and salute made him the very picture of a superbly trained model soldier.
The Sneaky Boss had little more to say about Rambo. He genuinely liked him, but sometimes he wondered whether the grand promises he had made to Rambo back then had gone too far, turning him into this emotionally clueless blockhead.
Unable to teleport, the Sneaky Boss had no choice but to slowly follow Rambo through the tightly secured defensive lines, step by step, until they reached the Webway gate.
At the sight of ten consecutive security checkpoints, each requiring more than a dozen randomly ordered passwords, a massive Void Shield Generator, a kilometer-thick door, and a teleportation interference device, the corner of the Sneaky Boss's eye twitched.
That teleportation interference device was particularly nasty. Anyone who teleported blindly without knowing what they were doing might end up with half their body embedded in rock, or their flesh mixed together with metal and stone.
"It's just a Webway gate. Do you really need to take it this seriously? Plenty of Webway gates have been destroyed or discovered
