After a great victory, there ought to be a celebration. The players, led by the Mountain Tiger warband, had captured Bolas Fortress, and that certainly deserved a victory celebration.

That same night, Chris had led his outnumbered force in stopping the Restoration Army's advance. That, too, had been a successful victory worth boasting about.

Yet Chris had still held no victory celebration. There were plenty of reasons that had left him with no choice.

On the day after the victory, the Restoration Army was still camped across from them. However carefree Chris might be, he could hardly throw a celebration right under the enemy's nose.

Once the Restoration Army left, corpses littered the battlefield, making a victory celebration out of the question... Bodies lay right beside them, and it was spring, when the weather grew warmer and everything brimmed with life.

If they did not hurry to clear the battlefield and dispose of those rotting corpses, were they hoping to experience a "plague"?

Chris thought so too. He therefore bought tons of frozen meat, rice, and flour in bulk from an online agricultural marketplace, along with blended liquor and Corn Syrup, in preparation for a victory banquet.
