Street-Sweeper gave the old man before him a puzzled look. Connie had brought him here, and because of him, Prince Chris had ordered Street-Sweeper to suspend the siege.

Street-Sweeper put the question to Connie, his tone a little brusque. Having to interrupt the siege had left him somewhat annoyed.
Connie looked at the man in the black coat and skull-adorned peaked cap. Her fingers unconsciously twisted the hem of her clothes. She could feel the oppressive aura radiating from Street-Sweeper, and the eyes beneath the shadow of his cap were watching her coldly.
Connie could not help fearing the Inquisitor. As the head of the Military Affairs Department's intelligence office, she knew better than most what Street-Sweeper had done. The people this butcher had slaughtered over a single winter could have filled an entire moat.
Valentin, standing beside her, also studied the man known as the Inquisitor warily. The reek of blood and murderous aura around him were almost tangible, making the old knight's muscles tense involuntarily.
After Connie told Street-Sweeper everything in detail, a quest window immediately appeared before him.
