It was utterly ruthless, as though Omdur and its harbor had nothing to do with Minisia, as though everyone living there were an enemy.

The Minicia Fleet bombarded Omdur Harbor all night, firing every shell they had. Flames towered over the harbor, and an entire section of its tall, straight walls collapsed.

Old Smoker, who had been gathering intelligence the previous night, sensed trouble coming and withdrew from the harbor early, escaping the bombardment.
