Chen Mu shook his head. "No." Perception sensitivity training was extremely draining. After every session, he felt exhausted and needed to rest. He also knew that rushing this sort of training would only hamper his progress. His rise from 35 to 45 in such a short time had everything to do with his mindset. He gave every session his all and focused intensely, but never grew impatient or charged recklessly ahead.
The perception sensitivity index appeared to have risen by only 10, yet Chen Mu felt that his perception had undergone a fundamental change. This was especially obvious both when crafting cards and when practicing flight.
With the increase in his perception sensitivity index, Chen Mu could now produce fifteen Rain Shuttle Card IIs a day. More precise control meant much less perception was consumed. Only now did he realize how wastefully and inefficiently he had used his perception before.
Greater efficiency also meant he had more time to improve his abilities. There were far too many things he needed to train in, such as flight, where his current skill was still woefully inadequate. Those Card Adepts could fight while flying. Chen Mu reckoned he could not manage that himself; he could only keep practicing.
Ning Peng stood respectfully before the Clan Leader, unable to resist stealing a glance at the young man in white beside him. This young man had quite a background. Ning Peng knew a little about it, but nothing specific.
The young man in white wore a faint smile throughout, calm and composed. Combined with his handsome looks, it made him undeniably charismatic. Even Ning Peng could not help feeling impressed.
More importantly, he was actually sitting beside the Clan Leader as an equal.
Two chairs stood side by side in the most prominent part of
