Sang Hanshui floated in midair, with nothing left within a twenty-meter diameter around him.
Every structure within that twenty-meter diameter centered on Enforcer had been reduced to ash by his relentless bombardment. It was as though a perfect sphere had been gouged out of the building's interior. The exposed edges of the floors were charred black, wisps of smoke curling from them.
Raphael stared in terror at Sang Hanshui in midair, his eyes vacant and his expression frozen. Sweat streamed down his forehead without him even noticing. To his eyes, the ancient general painted on that mask seemed to have suddenly come alive, emerging from hell with a bloodstained weapon in hand and the breath of death around him.
"An Assassin Card Adept? Looks like you're with Faya." Sang Hanshui stood proudly in the air, his voice cold. An Explosive Bomb roughly fifteen centimeters across hovered above his right palm. About three times larger than the earlier bombs, it was deep red, like a crimson egg of light.
Everything was silent, save for the occasional clatter of broken stone falling.
"Normally, that peacock would be better suited to dealing with a skulking little rat like you. I wouldn't be interested." The Triangle Eyes above the mask were sinister as a snake's, and Sang Hanshui's voice grew colder still. "But since you're with Faya, you deserve to die!"
